Requirements

• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• College diploma, some college or equivalent work experience preferred.
• ATM Support experience or related field in troubleshooting environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring statuses of ATMs throughout the company.
• Assisting with projects involving ATMs.
• Researching and isolating causes based on changes in ATM statuses.
• Coordinating with marketing to maintain updated ATM screens.
• Analyzing reports to identify issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Preparing and organizing data used for reports.
• Dispatching the appropriate vendor to ATM to troubleshoot issues.
• Reviewing and processing vendor invoices.
• Ensuring proper steps are taken by vendors to bring ATMs in service.
• Acting as the point of contact for reports of ATM outages or issues.
• Communicating ATM outages/restorations to appropriate people.
• Maintaining logs of all events occurring at ATMs.
