Job Title ATM Software Delivery Manager (EPOC & NE) What does a successful ATM Software Delivery Manager (EPOC & NE) do at Fiserv? A successful ATM Software Delivery Manager (EPOC & NE) leads end-to-end delivery and ownership of enterprise Java web applications that support ATM-driving clients across EPOC and NE platforms. They align development, QA, infrastructure, and business partners to deliver stable, scalable, secure, and compliant solutions on time and within budget. They strengthen team performance through mentoring, continuous improvement, and clear technology direction for critical applications.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in software development and delivery for enterprise-level applications.
  • 5+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role overseeing application delivery and ownership.
  • 3+ years of experience with Java-based technologies and frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate).
  • 3+ years of experience with SDLC, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of experience with a cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
  • 1+ years of experience with containerization and CI/CD tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, pipelines).
  • 1+ years of experience supporting financial services or payment processing systems.

Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise-grade web-based applications built on Java technologies and own the full application lifecycle (stability, scalability, security, compliance).
  • Partner across development, QA, infrastructure, and business teams to deliver high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
  • Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, automation, and engineering best practices across teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for application issues, enhancements, audits, cyber vulnerability remediation, and strategic planning.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to technical teams and influence the technology strategy and roadmap for critical applications.
