About The Position

The ATM Product Specialist is responsible for performing operational support duties of the ATM fleet. Assisting the Drivers and Branch Managers as directed by monitoring ATM location status, assisting in the proposal and installation process of smart locks, and investigating ATM related disputes or fraudulent issues. This position will also be responsible for ordering supplies, maintenance of ATM machines, activation and deactivation of locks, and maintain relationships with ATM related vendors, including phone support and assistance with ATM training as needed. Occasional travel, both local and out of town.

Requirements

A high school diploma and equivalent experience in financial industry, preferably in ATM card operations, retail banking or accounting totaling 3 years
Exceptional problem-solving and management skills are required.
Excellent interpersonal skills are required.
A positive attitude and ability to be a positive member of a team is required.
Must have excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
Excellent recall and retention of information is needed.
The ability to maintain strict confidentiality is expected.
The ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables is required.

Responsibilities

Maintain service vendor relationships to ensure service issues are resolved quickly, troubleshoot problems, and escalate issues as required and ensure all calls requesting ATM services are documented.
Coordinates installation, maintenance, and removal of ATM machines via third parties.
Monitor that ATMs and locks are functioning properly including coordinating with vendors any repairs, supplies and software upgrades. Document ATM maintenance information, as necessary.
Initiate communication with ATM Product Manager, as needed, to resolve issues related to ATM Operations and initial setups.
Communicates any issues, concerns, or problems to the ATM Product Manager.
Initiate communication with supervisors and / or managers of other departments in the company as needed to resolve issues related to ATM Operations.
Remains knowledgeable of and adheres to the company's policies and procedures, and all applicable regulations.
Acts as Subject Matter Expert in ATM Operations training for internal department staff and frontline staff to ensure their familiarity with machines and ability to assist customers as needed.
Maintenance and company training with Smart Locks
Participate in cross-functional work groups to implement organizational initiatives as required.
Ensure that work results and processes comply with relevant laws and with established policies, procedures, and practices.
Perform other related work as assigned
