Job Description Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes and develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals. Engages with other departments to better understand business requirements and collaborate on solutions. Researches best business practices within and outside the department to establish benchmark data.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • Six to eight years of related experience
  • Ability to coordinate, coach and support product teams effectively
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Nice To Haves

  • Passion for agile ways of working and ability to champion these practices
  • Familiarity with ATM products teams or ATM -specific processes
  • Conceptual knowledge of business operations and process improvement
  • Technical skills in process mapping, procedure creation and controls

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes and measures the effectiveness of existing business processes
  • Develops sustainable, repeatable and quantifiable business process improvements to meet business growth, quality and scalability goals
