About The Position
Zscaler is looking for an experienced Atlassian Support Engineer to join our IT Operations team. In this role, you'll be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing the Atlassian suite of tools, including Jira, Confluence, and related applications, to ensure their reliability, security, and effective utilization across the organization. This role is onsite in Bellevue, WA, or San Jose, CA, and follows a hybrid work model requiring three days per week in the office. The role requires flexibility for meetings 2-3 times a week in the morning (7-9 AM PST) and evening (8-10 PM PST) to collaborate with teams in India. Reporting to the IT Operations Manager, you will administer and maintain Jira and Confluence Data Center, monitor and enhance the performance, security, and availability of Atlassian applications, develop and implement automated workflows and integrations, collaborate with stakeholders, and create and maintain best practices and user documentation.
