Amazon Leo Productivity Engineering is seeking an Atlassian Administrator to operate and improve our Tier-1 services. This role requires in-depth knowledge across the Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Bamboo services along with automation scripting experience. This is a hands-on position where your daily activities will range from strategic planning to new system development to supporting the customers that depend on our services. In this role, you will function as both an Atlassian administrator and technical lead. You will operate two distinct Atlassian stacks in AWS GovCloud, develop automation for upgrades/patching/testing, and enhance observability of the systems. You will work with stakeholders and senior engineers to design and develop custom solutions and integrations between Atlassian tools and other services in a secure manner.
