About The Position

The College of Health Science (CHS) at California Baptist University invites applications for graduate assistant positions in the Department of Allied Health Professions, program of Athletic Training. The Graduate Assistant will work primarily under the guidance and supervision of the Program Director and Program Faculty in the Master of Science in Athletic Training Program. The Graduate Assistant will assist in the supervision and education of the Athletic Training students both in the classroom and in the CBU Athletic Training Clinic. They will also assist in the coverage of athletic practices and competition under the direction of the CBU Athletic Training Staff.

Requirements

• Minimum of a bachelor's degree.
• BOC certification prior to start date.
• CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certification or equivalent.
• Commitment to the mission of California Baptist University and excellence in teaching through the integration of Christian faith.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and education of Athletic Training students in the classroom.
• Support the CBU Athletic Training Clinic operations.
• Cover athletic practices and competitions under the direction of the CBU Athletic Training Staff.
