About The Position
The successful candidate will: Promote 21 st century educational excellence through the vigorous support of the mission and goals of The Woodstock Academy; and Facilitate individual, departmental and school excellence through the support of high-quality personnel, reinforcement of best instructional practices, encouragement of a culture of collaboration and a focus on learning.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree, BOC certification, and CT licensed OR eligible
- Maintain current certification in Healthcare Provider BLS
- Experience actively coordinating care between interdisciplinary healthcare providers
- Experience with Impact/Sway testing, sideline concussion testing, concussion management and education
- Experience using SportsWare or other injury tracking software
- Practice parameters set forth by The National Athletic Trainers Association (NATA) and will follow both the Standards of Practice and Code of Ethics as set forth by the NATA
- Demonstrated excellence in human relations and organization skills
- Strong work ethic and a flexible schedule
- Positive attitude, integrity, and collaboration skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Master's Degree preferred
- 3-5 years’ experience in secondary schools preferred
