Identify, report, address, and triage a variety of sports related injuries that pertain to the athletes at the school, event, or clinic where coverage is being rendered. Facilitate and coordinate the care of injured athletes at CoxHealth designated locations while under the direction of the CoxHealth Sports Medicine Director.

Requirements

Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from an accredited institution
Required: Missouri Athletic Training License that is both active and in good standing AND BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical/problem solving skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in teams

Nice To Haves

Preferred: Masters Degree in Athletic Training or a related field from an accredited institution
Preferred: Previous athletic training experience

Responsibilities
