We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Athletic Trainer to support workplace injury prevention and employee wellness. Schedule & Compensation Pay Range: $30$32 per hour What Youll Do As an Athletic Trainer at CAREonsite, youll play a critical role in keeping employees safe, healthy, and productive . Youll focus on proactive injury prevention, early intervention, and wellness educationhelping create a healthier workplace culture. Requirements
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities confidently
- Excellent bedside manner and interpersonal skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) required
Responsibilities
- Implement CAREonsite injury prevention programs in partnership with the client to drive strong participation and outcomes.
- Conduct ergonomic evaluations and provide actionable recommendations to the Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) team.
- Lead targeted training and education initiatives focused on injury prevention, well-being, and workplace safety.
- Support and enhance employer wellness initiatives, encouraging healthier habits at work and at home.
- Provide first-aid-level care for workplace injuries in accordance with OSHA guidelines.
- Partner with EHS, Human Resources, and site leadership to embed prevention and wellness into the company culture.
