What Youll Do As a Musculoskeletal Intervention Specialist (MIS) , youll be the go-to expert for injury prevention and employee wellness.
Requirements
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC), licensed or license-eligible in California
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A team-first mindset with a passion for health and well-being
Responsibilities
- Prevent & Manage Injuries : Deliver injury prevention programs and provide OSHA-compliant first aid care.
- Promote Health & Wellness : Lead educational sessions and support company wellness initiatives.
- Assess & Improve Workspaces : Conduct ergonomic assessments to reduce risks and boost safety.
- Support Compliance : Assist with medical surveillance programs, such as hearing conservation.
- Collaborate Across Teams : Partner with EHS, HR, and leadership to integrate prevention into workplace culture.
- Guide Work Comp Processes : Assist stakeholders in managing workers compensation cases.
