How you’ll make an impact in this role Comprehensive Athlete Care: Design and lead end-to-end injury prevention, rehabilitation, and nutrition programs tailored to individual athlete needs and performance goals. Expert Injury Management: Conduct precise clinical assessments and manage evidence-based recovery plans to ensure a safe and efficient return to competition. Cross-Functional Coordination: Act as a strategic liaison between physicians and sports performance staff, maintaining meticulous medical records and regulatory compliance. Performance Optimization: Execute specialized conditioning and preparation protocols to maximize athlete readiness for high-stakes practice and competitive play.

Requirements

  • Licensed Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Texas Advisory Board of Athletic Trainers obtained within 6 Months (180 days) of hire date or job transfer date required.
  • BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
  • High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

  • Primary coverage needed is Monday & Tuesday evenings and Weekend Support
