About The Position

The Athletic Trainer at Avera Human Performance Center is responsible for providing athletic training services to various schools, organizations, and events. This role involves injury assessment, treatment, first aid, prevention, and reconditioning services, ensuring athletes receive the necessary care and support. Requirements

• Master's degree preferred.
• Certified as an Athletic Trainer through BOC required.
• Licensed as an Athletic Trainer in South Dakota.
• If assigned in Iowa, must complete Child Abuse & Dependent Adult Abuse courses within 90 days of employment and every three years thereafter.
• CSCS certification through NSCA preferred.
