Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid Drivers License required
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form
Ability to quickly learn and operate heavy construction machinery and equipment
Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations

Nice To Haves

Working towards a bachelors degree in construction management or similar field preferred
Prior construction or related experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist with managing projects with subcontractors
Handle incoming customer calls/inquiries
Assist with communicating with clients and subcontractors
Help manage construction project calendar
Assist and learn how to estimate project scope and costs
Track purchases, deliveries and invoices; apply invoices against purchase orders
Provide onsite management of construction projects
Assist with writing proposals for smaller projects
Manage project documents internally
Attend internal status meetings as required
Attend prospective field visits/walkthroughs
Stay current with changing technology, including software programs
Uphold, support, and promote all company policies and procedures
Other duties as assigned
