About The Position
The Middle School Athletic Director/Dean of Students is a dual-role leadership position responsible for overseeing the middle school athletic program and supporting student development through behavior management, leadership initiatives, and restorative practices. This individual collaborates with staff, coaches, students, and families to promote a positive school culture, ensure athletic excellence, and foster student accountability and growth.
