About The Position
The Assistant Principal & Athletic Director is responsible for using leadership, supervisory, and administrative skills to promote the educational development of individual students and ensure student achievement that supports school accreditation. This role involves administering the high school's athletic program, monitoring and maintaining equipment and fields, and supporting district policy. The position allows for significant discretion in decision-making, guided by district policy rather than strictly adhering to it.
