About The Position
In collaboration with the athletic director, the high school cheer coach is responsible for the comprehensive administration of the high school cheer program. This includes overseeing all aspects of the program, such as disciplining and mentoring student-athletes, fostering positive parent relations, managing schedules, coordinating travel, and maintaining the program’s budget. The Head Coach is expected to lead with integrity, upholding the highest standards of conduct and exemplifying the core values of CAK.
