About The Position
As an Athlete Initiative Seasonal Hire for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, you will help bring athlete-focused financial education programs to life through events, research, and content. You will support planning and execution for athlete and media-facing experiences, amplify campaigns that elevate financial literacy, and tailor educational materials to real athlete needs. You will partner across teams to refine curriculum, analyze outcomes, and surface insights that shape future initiatives. You’ll gain hands-on, resume-ready experience while growing your skills and making an immediate impact.
Requirements
- Current college student majoring in Finance Business Marketing Communications Sports Management Engineering Economics Public Relations Journalism or related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.5
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Proactive creative and eager to learn
Nice To Haves
- Experience with event planning or logistics
- Experience creating social media content or campaigns
- Familiarity with financial literacy topics and interest in wealth management
- Research and data synthesis skills
- Graphic design video or content production skills
- Experience developing educational materials or curriculum
Responsibilities
- Co-create and support athlete-focused programs and events
- Drive planning logistics and post-event insights for athlete and media events
- Amplify social media campaigns and content that promote financial literacy
- Conduct research to identify trends and opportunities in the athlete community
- Craft and refine marketing collateral and educational materials for athletes
- Develop and iterate educational curriculum and resources
- Partner across Wealth Management on initiatives and special projects
- Coordinate timelines deliverables and stakeholder communications
- Track and report project milestones insights and learnings
- Assist with measurement dashboards to assess reach engagement and impact
