About The Position

As a Part-Time Athlete Advisor (Sales Associate) at our Garden State Plaza location, you will play a crucial role in representing our brand and creating exceptional experiences for our customers. This position is not just about selling sportswear; it’s about fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment where athletes of all levels can feel supported and educated about our products. You will be the face of Wilson, engaging with customers and helping them find the right equipment and apparel to enhance their performance and enjoyment of sports. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, which includes cash handling, processing transactions, and managing returns in accordance with company policies. You will also take part in inventory management, ensuring that the sales floor is well-stocked and organized. Regular floor walks will be part of your routine to maintain a clean and inviting store atmosphere. Additionally, you will support various store projects and brand initiatives, contributing to the overall success of the store. Staying informed about the latest products and trends in sportswear and equipment is essential. You will be expected to educate customers about our offerings, ensuring they have the best possible experience while shopping. Your ability to communicate openly and transparently with your team and store leadership will be key to fostering a collaborative work environment.
