The Lead Administrator role is pivotal in managing and optimizing ATG Commerce platforms ensuring seamless operations and enhancing customer experiences. Responsibilities

• Oversee the implementation and customization of ATG Commerce Service Center to enhance operational efficiency.
• Provide expert guidance on ATG Commerce Customization to tailor solutions that meet business needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ATG Customer Intelligence for improved decision-making.
• Manage ATG Commerce Service Center functionalities to streamline customer interactions and service delivery.
• Utilize ATG Commerce to optimize e-commerce processes and improve user experience.
• Coordinate with Store Operations teams to align ATG solutions with retail strategies.
• Support Supply Chain Management initiatives by integrating ATG technologies for better logistics and inventory control.
• Ensure system reliability and performance through regular monitoring and maintenance of ATG platforms.
• Develop and implement best practices for ATG systems to maximize productivity and efficiency.
• Facilitate training sessions for team members to enhance their understanding of ATG functionalities.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ATG solutions.
• Drive continuous improvement efforts by identifying opportunities for system enhancements.

Requirements

• Demonstrate proficiency in ATG Commerce Service Center and its customization capabilities.
• Possess strong knowledge of ATG Customer Intelligence for data-driven insights.
• Have extensive experience in Store Operations and Supply Chain Management domains.
• Exhibit ability to manage and optimize ATG Commerce functionalities effectively.
• Show expertise in integrating ATG solutions with business processes.
• Display strong analytical skills to assess system performance and identify improvement areas.
• Hold a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in ATG technologies and domain skills.
