About The Position

We are looking for a talented ATF Machine Repair (Mechanical Maintenance) – Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Lakewood, NY, US. In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Ensure Equipment Reliability: By troubleshooting, assembling, and maintaining mechanical systems, you’ll directly support equipment uptime, reducing production delays and increasing operational efficiency. Promote a Culture of Safety: Your commitment to identifying hazards, using PPE, and engaging in HSE training helps create a safer workplace for everyone, fostering a culture of interdependence and accountability. Enhance Product Quality: Applying high standards of craftsmanship and performing quality inspections ensures that equipment functions correctly, which directly contributes to consistent product quality. Support Continuous Improvement: Your involvement in TPM teams and feedback into preventive maintenance systems helps identify root causes of issues and drive long-term improvements in processes and equipment. Mentor and Develop Others: By instructing and coaching less experienced team members, you’ll help build a stronger, more capable workforce and contribute to a collaborative team environment. Minimize Environmental Impact: Recognizing how your work affects the environment and taking steps to reduce negative impacts supports the company’s sustainability goals and regulatory compliance. Optimize Maintenance Scheduling: Balancing maintenance activities with production needs ensures minimal disruption, helping the team meet production goals while maintaining equipment health.
