We are looking for a talented ATF Machine Repair - Level III to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in Jamestown, NY . In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways: Keeping people safe by recognizing hazards, stopping work when necessary, and modeling strong HSE behaviors that support an injury‑free workplace. Protecting the environment by understanding how maintenance activities affect energy use, waste, and emissions, and taking steps to minimize negative impact. Raising the standard of equipment reliability through skilled troubleshooting, precise mechanical repairs, and disciplined preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance. Strengthening product quality by applying high‑craftsmanship standards, following technical documentation, and providing valuable feedback that improves maintenance systems. Reducing downtime by identifying root causes of failures, supporting uptime analysis, and scheduling maintenance activities in a way that aligns with production needs. Sharing expertise by coaching less‑experienced team members, acting as an informal technical resource, and helping build a stronger, more capable maintenance team. Improving operations by solving problems, removing manufacturing constraints, and participating actively in continuous improvement and TPM initiatives. Supporting a collaborative culture through clear communication, teamwork with production and support groups, and ongoing personal development aligned with business needs. The confidence to follow technical documentation, apply best practices, and adapt quickly when equipment, processes, or priorities shift. Education/Experience: High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
