About The Position

As an At Your Service Center Colleague, you are at the heart of delivering a seamless and personalized shopping experience. You'll support all At Your Service activities, including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, order pickups, and other assigned tasks - all while upholding Macy's service standards. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, problem-solving, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset. You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment where flexibility is key, including working a variety of shifts such as nights, weekends, and holidays. This role goes far beyond just being a cashier. Here, the customer is at the heart of everything we do - every day, all day. Responsibilities

  • Support all At Your Service activities including Buy Online Pickup In Store (BOPS), merchandise returns, and order pickups.
  • Uphold Macy's service standards while assisting customers.
  • Maintain a clean and organized At Your Service area.
  • Review sales goals and stay updated on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Engage customers with genuine hospitality and build lasting relationships.
  • Assist customers in total store fulfillment and ensure a friction-free pickup experience.
  • Recover merchandise and keep the pickup and return areas clean.
  • Share loyalty program benefits and ensure customer satisfaction.
