About The Position

The At Your Service Center Associate at Macy's is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service during various in-store activities, including Buy Online Pickup in Store transactions and processing returns. This role requires flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, while ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers.

Requirements

  • Good understanding of products and ability to provide expert guidance.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and connect with customers in a friendly manner.
  • Recommend products by identifying customer needs and inspiring purchases.
  • Assist customers with all aspects of the total store experience, including online orders.
  • Conduct customer pick-up for Buy Online Pickup In-Store orders.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of store products to drive sales and minimize returns.
  • Follow store audit policies and procedures for compliance.
  • Utilize point of sale technology to assist in transactions.
