As an AT&T Retail Sales Representative, you will be the face of AT&T to customers, delivering excellent customer service and driving sales of AT&T products and services. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure a superior in-store experience for customers. This involves understanding customer needs, demonstrating AT&T products, and providing tailored solutions to help customers stay connected. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized store environment, which is crucial for creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers. In this role, you will greet and engage customers as they enter the store, listening to and understanding their needs to recommend appropriate solutions. You will provide product demonstrations for AT&T devices, accessories, and services, assisting customers with billing, account inquiries, and technical troubleshooting. Your sales efforts will include promoting AT&T wireless products, home services, and other related solutions, with the goal of achieving and exceeding personal and store sales targets. Staying up-to-date on the latest AT&T products, services, promotions, and offers is essential. You will educate customers on how to use devices, services, and accessories, and stay informed about competitor products and services to provide informed comparisons. Additionally, you will maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back-of-house areas, stock merchandise, and ensure products are properly displayed. Assisting with inventory management, including restocking and tracking products, will also be part of your responsibilities. Collaboration with other team members is key to meeting store goals and customer needs. You will participate in regular team meetings to discuss performance, promotions, and sales strategies, ensuring that everyone is aligned and working towards common objectives.
