Responsibilities

• Provide product information, demonstrate product features, and assist customers in making informed purchase decisions
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including cash handling and credit card transactions
• Maintain a clean and organized sales floor by restocking merchandise, arranging displays, and ensuring products are properly labeled
• Assist in inventory management by conducting regular stock checks and reporting discrepancies to management
• Utilize effective communication skills to build rapport with customers and promote customer loyalty
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge to effectively answer customer inquiries
