Responsibilities

• Interact with AT&T's consumers directly to provide tailored solutions to common communication needs.
• Provide sales-related insight and options to each potential new customer and have comparisons of local competitors to ensure they are making the right decision.
• Maintain a relationship with the customer throughout the entire process when they become a member of our client.
• Bring creative and innovative ideas to the customer service team to provide astounding service for our customers and our client.
• Promote working sales trends to the rest of the AT&T Customer Support Representative team to increase overall revenue throughout the company and within the team.
• Submit daily sales to the executive team to stay on track of reaching company and personal sales goals.
