Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; no certification or license required
• Minimum 3 years of experience providing professional metaphysical readings to clients
• Strong foundation in astrology, with training in at least one tradition (multiple traditions preferred)
• Ability to quickly and accurately interpret astrology charts, tarot cards, and intuitive insights
• Confident, compassionate communication skills with flexibility for evening/weekend scheduling and coverage as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide metaphysical consultations to guests, creating a calm, relaxing, and supportive environment
• Demonstrate expertise in any of the following: Crystal Energy, Astrology, Tarot, Clairvoyance, Mediumship, Numerology, and Human Design.
• Charting, interpretation, and intuitive guidance.
• Lead weekly guest lectures, workshops, and private sessions aligned with Canyon Ranch guidelines
• Develop educational content, contribute to program development, and collaborate with Public Relations for publications
• Participate in departmental meetings, trainings, and cross-departmental exchanges.
