The Assurance Talent intern is an HR administrative professional who partners with Americas Assurance Talent team members to coordinate various HR related tasks as part of the employee life cycle.

Requirements

  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills; V-lookups, pivots, formulas
  • Use Microsoft technology suite of products to develop spreadsheets, PowerPoint and/or Word documents
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Integrity, maturity, dependability, a positive attitude and enthusiasm in the performance of responsibilities
  • A GPA of 3.0 or above

Responsibilities

  • Interact with team members and other various groups within the organization to complete projects and acquire subject matter knowledge
  • Attend internal and/or external meetings to gain an understanding of the client needs
  • Learn and use EY technology tools to contribute to the team's project work
  • Take direction from others to enable independent work on assignments; report back as needed, to produce quality results
  • Leverage technology, facilitate communication, and coordinate the administration of multiple HR processes
  • Coordinate the administration of HR and System for Quality Management processes such as performance management, the promotion process, variable pay, orientation, people surveys, upward feedback, separation process, etc.
  • Provide reports and gather data related to HR projects and initiatives assigned, sharing information gathered with the Talent Team or other HR functional groups as requested
  • Assist in communication flow to and from clients and to other HR team members as appropriate
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
