You'll work with complex investment structures, collaborate directly with fund managers, and play a visible role in both client delivery and team development. What You'll Do Lead and execute audit engagements for financial services clients, including: Mutual Funds Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs) Closed-End Funds Collective Investment Trusts Prepare and review annual audit reports, serving as a primary point of contact for clients, internal teams, and third parties Guide clients through the full financial reporting process with confidence and clarity Supervise, train, and mentor staff accountants, helping shape the next generation of fund auditors Balance technical rigor with practical problem-solving in a fast-moving, highly regulated environment What You Bring Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field 2–4 years of progressive public accounting audit experience Hands-on exposure to investment-based clients (Registered Funds strongly preferred; hedge funds and fund-of-funds experience a plus) CPA license or active progress toward completion A collaborative mindset and interest in growing both technically and professionally Locations Cleveland, OH Chicago, IL Milwaukee, WI New York, NY Philadelphia, PA Denver / Greenwood Village, CO Hybrid work model available Why This Role Is Different This team believes great work starts with great people.
