About The Position
Vantage Data Centers is seeking an expert Assurance Manager to lead and coordinate a range of assurance and audit activities that support the operational compliance program. This role is crucial in ensuring that operational activities undertaken globally are completed according to relevant legislation, regulations, contractual requirements, and industry best practices. The Assurance Manager will be a member of the global operational compliance team, contributing to the delivery of our global goals while being based in North America, specifically in Ashburn, VA. The position aligns with our flexible work policy, requiring three days on-site and two days flexible. The Assurance Manager will be responsible for planning and completing internal audits across various ISO standards at multiple sites across the USA. This includes working closely with internal departments to prepare new operational sites for external ISO certifications and collaborating with them to collect, organize, and submit evidence to external auditors in support of our annual ISO, PCI DSS, and SOC assessments. The role also involves ensuring the timely closure of corrective actions by control and action owners, updating documentation, policies, and procedures related to the Integrated Management System, and communicating relevant policy, procedure, and process updates to colleagues. Additionally, the Assurance Manager will support colleagues with document management and control, fostering a culture of operational excellence across our global sites.
