Essential Job Functions: Supervision of the maintenance and repair of construction and maintenance equipment. Can & should act in place of the Golf Superintendent when he/she is absent. Interview, hire, train, direct and supervise a staff of employees for the purpose of maintaining the golf course and other outdoor areas. Manage the scheduling and routing of personnel and equipment. Inspects the golf course and related areas to evaluate how well management standards are being achieved and to effect changes in management programs. Perform inventory control and oversee the equipment maintenance programs. Keep accurate and complete records on payroll, inventory, weather data, maintenance procedures, etc. Communicate regularly with Golf Course Manager & Golf Superintendent to discuss activities, goals, plans and member/customer input. Plan and schedule daily, weekly, and monthly work/project activities. Provide service to internal and external customers which reflects the company culture of Satisfaction, Togetherness, Appreciation and Recognition. (S.T.A.R.) Responsible for immediately informing on-site IGC Agent on duty, Security and Supervisor on Duty of any Internal Control or State Regulation violations related to gaming activity of which you commit, witness or become aware; must report pursuant to company Self-Reporting Policy. Other Job Functions: Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned.
