The Assistant Manager of Visual role is designed to support the management team in achieving goals by providing World-Class service. In this position, you will serve as a role model for building relationships with customers and will maintain a presence through store supervision to ensure appropriate staff coverage in all areas of the store. You will be responsible for implementing visual changes and maintaining store standards, which are crucial for enhancing the customer experience. As part of your responsibilities, you will manage all visual aspects of the business, including visual display, merchandising, and floorset execution. You will own the business by identifying opportunities, developing and executing strategies, and protecting company assets. Providing exceptional customer service in the store to achieve world-class service standards is a key expectation. You will also reinforce customer service principles by coaching staff on their successes and challenges, ensuring that all associates are treated fairly and with dignity in accordance with our People-First Philosophy. The role requires excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills, along with superior critical thinking abilities to creatively identify challenges and develop action plans in a timely manner. Time management skills are essential, as you will need to execute multiple tasks and appropriately manage competing priorities. A background of 2-3 years in visual display and merchandising or management is preferred, as this experience will help you thrive in this dynamic environment.
