About The Position

Concord Hospitality is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to help lead our food and beverage team in delivering exceptional guest experiences, consistent service, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who supports team development, manages daily operations, and helps drive financial and service goals.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in restaurant management, preferably in hotels or resorts
  • Strong leadership, training, and communication skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations, cost control, and service standards
  • Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and guest satisfaction

Responsibilities

  • Lead and support staff in delivering exceptional service, food quality, and consistent execution
  • Ensure meals are prepared and delivered timely with proper plating, portioning, and temperature
  • Train, mentor, and develop team members through onboarding, ongoing training, and daily line-ups
  • Participate in menu evaluation, product selection, and beverage procurement including liquor and wine
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and meeting F&B financial targets
  • Execute marketing initiatives, enhance guest experiences, and drive revenue opportunities
  • Monitor labor and operational performance, providing coaching and feedback to maintain standards
