Miller’s Textile Services is currently hiring an Assistant Regional Manager to join our Wapakoneta, Ohio location. The Assistant Regional Manager is responsible for ensuring that customer accounts are serviced daily and on schedule. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field preferred
  • High school diploma/GED plus equivalent work experience required
  • Prior B2B service experience in the textile industry or similar service or delivery based industries preferred
  • Proven leadership skills a must
  • Strong understanding of business financials and analytical skills required
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills a must
  • Independent self-starter with willingness to learn a must
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
  • Ability to pass DOT physical and drug screening
  • Valid drivers license with clean driving record
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs
  • Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship

Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

  • Lead a team dedicated to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Mentor and develop your team, fostering a culture of growth and achievement.
  • Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Train new route delivery and support personnel.
  • Assist in account management, including collections and service agreement renewals.
  • Maintain accurate inventory control of the depot warehouse.
  • Support the Service team with various related duties.

Benefits

  • $60,000 base salary
  • Quarterly profit-sharing bonus based on depot performance plus base salary will typically achieve annual income in excess of $100,000
