  • Schedules maintenance service and verifies completion of renovations.
  • Reports work-related accidents and ensures proper medical treatment is provided.
  • Creates a positive environment for staff and promotes quality living experiences for residents.
  • 3 years of experience in property management or related field.
  • 2 years of leadership experience.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
  • Proficiency in Yardi software and Windows environment.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to negotiate and handle difficult situations effectively.
  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with Section 8 housing regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime.
