The adjunct faculty member’s role is to facilitate effective learning in the classroom and/or clinical setting for Kettering College Division of Nursing students.Didactic Instruction: Adjunct Faculty teaching a nursing course are responsible for effective instruction of students, organization of course learning materials in a manner that facilitates student learning, and student evaluation, and communication of student progress and grades in a timely fashion.Clinical Instruction: Adjunct Faculty teaching in the clinical setting is responsible for effective instruction of students in accordance with the intended course outcomes, communication with staff at the clinical site, selection of appropriately leveled student learning experiences, supervision of students and/or preceptor, student evaluation and communication of student progress and grades in a timely fashion.
