Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree, or Associate's degree with BSN in process within university guidelines, graduation not to exceed 4 years from date of hire.
  • Current RN license and BLS certification.
  • Minimum three (3) years nursing experience in an acute care or ambulatory setting.
  • Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Advanced nursing skills including IV therapy and intervention with emergencies.
  • Demonstrated competency in in-patient and out-patient best practices.

Nice To Haves

  • Masters of Nursing.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience.
  • Oncology experience.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day nursing operations.
  • Ensure quality care for patients and their families.
  • Mentor and provide support for staff and faculty on clinical nursing issues.
  • Oversee clinical care performed by assigned nursing staff.
