About The Position
The Assistant Nurse Operations Manager (ANOM) at Orlando Health is responsible for overseeing the management of a designated nursing unit or department. This role includes both nursing practice and administrative oversight, working closely with the Nursing Operations Manager to ensure effective unit operations, customer experience, budget management, human resources activities, and quality outcomes.
