  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders regarding recall activities.
  • Collaborate with OEM and government relations teams to enhance internal processes and controls.
  • Develop strategic business plans and initiatives that support corporate objectives.
  • Manage department budget and develop associates to strengthen team capabilities.
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Data Science, or related field.
  • 7 years of experience managing recalls, campaigns, or data management.
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and knowledge of relevant rules and laws.
  • Demonstrated leadership in a cross-functional, team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
