Saratoga Capital is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to help manage four garden style communities in the South Bay. The Assistant Community Manager will be accountable for a broad range of duties including assisting the Community Manager in managing the day-to-day operations, maintaining high occupancy levels, and supporting our marketing programs. The position requires a candidate with: Tuesday through Saturday availability Strong computer skills Solid organization and administrative skills Knowledge of the multifamily property management industry Strong Marketing and Sales skills Superior customer service and resident relations experience
