Implement and complete tactical marketing plans as set by the Senior Director of Marketing to meet or exceed tour flow. Recruit, hire and train Team Members for Marketing programs. Manage and refine the relationship with Resort Operations, Sales and Direct Marketing. Lead and coordinate all tour flow for respective Sales Centers. Champion Hilton quality customer care values throughout all Marketing channels. Maintain performance management standards, compensation plans and reporting Marketing programs. Develop and maintain relationships with local vendors, attractions, restaurants and hotel partners to support regional needs. Responsible for ongoing training to increase production. Work with HR to have all new Team Members attend New Hire Orientation and other training programs as needed. Proactively seek and schedule ongoing workshops and training sessions to support maximum production and team building. Mentor the Marketing team in "guest service" and "how to book tours" on a weekly basis. Responsibilities
