About The Position

As an Assistant In House Marketing Manager you would be the main collaborator with the In House Marketing Manager of the on-property Marketing team to drive efficiencies and increase revenue for Hilton Greand Vacations with a focus on on-site owners and guests. Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Able to work flexible schedules including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays
  • Minimum 6 months of timeshare experience

  • It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:
  • Timeshare Marketing experience with Hilton Grand Vacations

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and leading site initiatives for the Marketing team to achieve targeted sales and service
  • Staffs and manages the team’s talent, including training, communicating, mentoring and coaching in order for the team to reach maximum performance
  • Develops, maintains, and monitors individual and group performance reports of the on-property team
  • Completes other duties and tasks, as assigned by management
