Job Title: Assistant Guest Services Manager - Exempt Department: Front Office Supervision Exercised: Guest Service Agents and Supervisors Supervision Received: Guest Services Manager, AGM and GM

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or front office preferred.
  • Previous hotel experience required.
  • Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking capabilities.
  • Ability to problem-solve and make sound decisions independently.
  • Proficiency with Property Management Systems (PMS) and Microsoft Office.

Nice To Haves

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • 1–2 years of supervisory experience in hospitality or front office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in supervising daily Front Office operations, ensuring smooth check-in/out and overall guest flow.
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and ongoing support to Guest Service Agents to maintain service quality.
  • Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating as needed.
  • Assist with scheduling, training, and performance management for front-of-house team members.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, service standards, and safety/security procedures.
