About The Position

The Assistant Director of Admissions at the University of Cincinnati's Clermont campus will lead recruitment efforts and manage a Senior Admissions Counselor. This role is pivotal in developing and implementing strategies to meet enrollment goals, reviewing applications, managing recruitment territories, and assisting with events. The position offers a hybrid work option, allowing flexibility for candidates within the Cincinnati Tri-State Area.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree
• Three (3) years of relevant experience
• Experience in project management and customer service
• Familiarity with customer relationship management systems

Responsibilities

• Assist in the determination of policies and procedures for the recruitment and admission of students.
• Advise and maintain liaison with the directors of various projects and special programs regarding admission of target populations.
• Coordinate admission of students including counseling students and parents, reviewing applications, determining eligibility, and recommending alternatives.
• Assist in determining budget needs for respective areas.
• Lead efforts associated with recruitment, communications, events/visits, operations and processing, or the recruitment of strategic populations.
• Represent the Office of Admissions at state and national professional meetings, college fairs, etc.
• May provide direct and/or indirect supervision to exempt and non-exempt staff.
