Teach in an innovative, online Master of Social Work program with substantive focus on trauma-informed clinical practice. The incumbent would be expected to teach courses full-time, totaling 24 graduate credits that include, but are not limited to MSW foundation, MSW clinical, practicum education, and/or electives courses. Instruct asynchronous, online courses using Desire2Learn/Brightspace learning management system and online media that align with program standards. Contribute to student growth and development through student advising, mentoring, participating in student orientations and professional development labs, and supervising student professional development e-portfolios. Assist with the CSWE reaccreditation process, program growth, program assessment, and curriculum design and delivery. Maintain Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) status in the State of Minnesota. Instruct courses in varied locations, at varied times, and via various media commensurate with department and university needs. Engage in scholarly research or creative achievement to enhance knowledge of field. Provide evidence of continuing preparation and study in the field to enhance teaching abilities. Contribute to student growth and development including student advising. Provide service to the university and community including the program, the department, the college, the university, and the greater community.
