Responsibilities

Be involved with many aspects of cooking and guest service, creating and making items in-store (Deli)
Create fully stocked aisles for guests, checking expiration dates and empty shelves (Grocery)
Be busy at all times and in direct contact with guests (Grocery)
Be the last contact with the guest before they leave the store, leaving a great last impression (Guest Services)
Interact with people and make a great lasting impression (Guest Services)
Work with fresh produce from all over the world, stocking items and creating colorful displays (Produce)
Learn the origins and tastes of all different fruits and vegetables (Produce)
Gain knowledge about wine and spirits from all over the world (Wine and Spirits)
Work one-on-one with guests, answering questions about wine pairings with food (Wine and Spirits)
Use creativity and passion for baking with made-from-scratch items (Bakery)
Create different flavors, shapes and colors of all different types of bakery items (Bakery)
Help Festival continue in committing to its mission statement and serve guests quality products (Bakery)
Work hands-on with a fresh variety of meat products, including cutting and guest service (Meat)
Create fully stocked aisles for guests, checking expiration dates and empty shelves (Frozen Food & Dairy)
Be busy at all times and in direct contact with guests (Frozen Food & Dairy)

Weekly Pay & Premium Pay: Hourly associates are paid weekly, providing more frequent access to their funds. Part-time store associates are paid a $1 premium per hour on Sundays and select holidays. Hourly full-time store associates receive time and a half on Sundays and select holidays.
Two-Week Advanced Scheduling: Better Planning. Better Balance. We provide our associates with their schedules two weeks in advance, offering greater predictability & flexibility.
