About The Position

DB Global Technology Inc. seeks an Associate in Cary, NC to identify and analyze current issues and communicate effectively with development team(s) and stakeholders with possible solutions and next steps. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent and five (5) years of experience providing development, SRE and production support; monitoring production systems, resolving critical issues with emergency bug fixes, coordinating RCA and Jira-driven problem management, and executing deployments and disaster recovery to ensure stability and efficiency; contributing to automation and monitoring using ITRS Geneos and Ansible by implementing monitoring jobs, self-healing scripts, chatbots, alerts, data clean-up tools, and documentation to support application development, recovery, and system instrumentation; utilizing Oracle application PL/SQL packages, functions, procedures, AOL Objects, and RICE components; conducting code reviews and testing for performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability while managing deployments to production applications; providing end-to-end analysis of technical support for critical Market Risk applications to ensure system stability, performance and production release activities; conducting root cause analysis to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, eliminate system inefficiencies, and derive actionable recommendations for code optimization and architectural improvements; and in executing these duties, utilizing Hadoop, Google Cloud (GCP), SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX Shell Scripting, Hive, HDFS, YAML Scripting, Python, Java, Spark UI, Oracle Applications, Geneos, Control M, KAFKA, MongoDB, and Code repositories including Bitbucket. The employer will accept three (3) years of academic studies toward a Bachelor's degree in the above-listed field or related field and two (2) years of experience to satisfy the Bachelor’s degree requirement. Salary range: $132,142 – $140,000/year This position is eligible for Deutsche Bank's Employee Referral Incentive Program. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent
  • Five (5) years of experience providing development, SRE and production support
  • Experience monitoring production systems, resolving critical issues with emergency bug fixes, coordinating RCA and Jira-driven problem management, and executing deployments and disaster recovery to ensure stability and efficiency
