The Corporate Strategy team tackles some of Visa’s toughest questions to chart our long-term strategy. Our Corporate Strategy group is composed of six distinct teams: a Global Strategy team - driving strategy work across Visa's businesses, geographies, and functions, and five regional teams - driving strategy work in each of Visa's five geographic regions. The associate role is on the Global Corporate Strategy team. We are an apprenticeship-based culture, rigorously investing in the cultivation of exceptional talent. In this role, you will embark on a structured two-year experience that serves as the foundation for a lasting career at Visa. The two-year experience is designed for you to receive regular coaching, develop a board network across Visa, and tackle the most difficult and pressing strategic and operational topics at Visa. After two years, you will continue to grow on the strategy team or move to a broader business area at Visa. This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
