About Oxeon Oxeon is reimagining a healthcare system everyone can trust by uniting leaders and ideas — the building blocks of tomorrow's healthcare. As a trusted advisor and specialized executive search and investment firm, we partner with category-defining companies to solve systemic healthcare problems that undermine access, affordability, and outcomes. Founded in 2011, Oxeon is the only healthcare-focused, stage-agnostic firm of its kind. Employee-owned and operated, we've rejected transactional relationships that trap healthcare in an unsustainable status quo. Instead, our collaborative approach, vast network, and deep industry expertise create a flywheel of impact that consistently delivers 10x+ increases in valuation for our partners. When Oxeon invests in a company and places five or more executives on its leadership team, those organizations experience an average 56.6x growth in valuation. This isn't by chance — it's by design. Our pattern recognition, unique data sets, and relationship-centered methodology surface tomorrow's leaders and connect them with transformative opportunities. Through Oxeon Executive Search, we connect visionary companies with healthcare's top talent, from prestigious legacy leaders to up-and-coming pioneers. Through our Investment Portfolio, we make selective, early-stage investments to accelerate the leaders and ideas that will transform healthcare for generations to come. People power outcomes.
